Grand Knight Report:
Fr Noe let Scotty know we have a parishioner join the Scalabrinian’s seminary, Caesar Camarina, and Daniel Garcia who works at the parish is considering joining the seminary, a motion was passed to give $500 to Caesar; thank you to Rafael for handling altar server training and pizza party; thanks for those who attended fraternal benefits night; this year’s preschool trunk r treat had more faith based focus (Saints), we had Fr McGivney poster and handed out candy and invitations to join the Knights; lots of events coming up.

$0 bill from supreme; thank you letter from Christian Service Center for donation.

Turned in $180 from last big breakfast and $60 for dues.

Program Director:
Big breakfast coming up on November 12, always need help (veterans eat free); will need assistance with 4th Degree; need help with WG Christmas Parade build on Thursday 11/30 (starting at noon) & Friday 12/1 (starting at 10am), with the parade on Saturday, 12/2 (arrive at the church at 8am), will have costume fitting on 11/26 at 2pm at the church.
Faith Director Report:
Remembrance Rosary service will take place before 5:00 mass on November 18, might be including the St Joseph icon with this service, more info to come; will look into another novena for the future.
Community Director:
November 11 is Challenge 22, will need 10-12 volunteers for cooking and serving food, from 9:30am-3:00pm at the American Legion Hall in WG.
Life Director:
Laps For Life will be March 2, 2024 at Bishop Moore HS.
Family Director Report:
Will start Keep Christ in Christmas poster contest earlier this year so we can have winners by Advent, will give Keep Christ in Christmas pins to participants, idea was presented to turn winners into Christmas card.
Fourth Degree Report:
4th Degree Exemplification will be November 25, will need plenty of volunteers the day of as well as Friday evening before for set up, more info to come; held Slovak dinner November 5 after afternoon mass at St Nicholas parish, and it was a success with about 75 people in attendance; going to Sleuth’s on 12/20 at 5:30 for Christmas party, if interested let Brother Hank know by December meeting.
Insurance Agent Report:

District Deputy Report:
Keep up the good work, bring in more guys, but specifically the right guys who want to participate in the council and its activities.
Unfinished Business:
New parking ministry needs help in the form of volunteers directing cars on Sundays 11:00-11:45; reader ministry is looking for more volunteers, there will be an organizational meeting on 11/30; the core faith based program will begin in the new year, meeting once or twice a month; will look into doing a drive-in movie night on side of Gleason Hall No Greater Love (Mother Theresa movie), probably in January.
New Business:
GK wants every member to be on the lookout for new opportunities for the council to participate in.
Lecturer’s Reflection:
Andres Sanchez is our seminarian, and he is doing well and on track.
Prayers Offered:
Gloria Garrity is going in for foot surgery, Francis Olenik (quadruple bypass surgery); Jeffrey Abbott; Scott Lingus (chemotherapy), Karen Young (chemotherapy); Vince Samosky; priests, religious, and Seminarians especially Andres Sanchez, Caesar Camarina, Daniel Garcia, and Luke Lezowski; all those who passed away in the past year; all veterans.
