Chaplain’s Message:

Passes along his best and wants to be at next month’s meeting.

 

Grand Knight Report:

Fish fries are doing great, three remaining, please volunteer; big breakfast is coming up, volunteers needed; Souper Social went well, 26 different soups; the Ladies Luncheon from the 4th Degree Exemplification sent a thank you and $150 check; the COR program had its first meeting, which went well, and will continue meeting on the third Tuesday of each month, with the next occurring on March 19 for an hour, 7:00-8:00, there is no formal structure, attendees don’t need to attend every session; hockey challenge is March 30 9:00-12:00 in parish center for our council and district, April 20 is regional and state 9:00-12:00; parking ministry is looking for help starting on Palm Sunday 11:00-12:00.

 

Bills and Communication:

Christian Service Center thank you letter, nothing else.

 

Membership Report:

Rafael will be joining council once he takes first degree, member of Portuguese community; Daniel, contemplating seminarian and current church office assistant will be joining; have been putting membership flyers w/ QR code out during events.

 

Financial Secretary Report:

$116 for February big breakfast; $150 donation; $1080 from fish fries.

 

Treasurer’s Report:

December Balance: $8,086.32

January Receipts: $741.08

January Expenses: $0

January Balance: $8,827.40

 

Program Director:

Three more fish fries, fryer has been improvement for cooking.

 

Faith Director Report:

St Isidore of Seville Novena March 26-April 4, look for emails.

 

Community Director:

Len is currently in hospital.

 

Life Director:

Saturday, March 2, was Laps For Life at Bishop Moore HS.

 

Family Director Report:

Doing hockey challenge, council and district round on March 30, hosting regional and state round on April 13, will need volunteers, will start passing out flyers; Easter Egg hunt is April 7 after 8:00 mass.

 

Fourth Degree Report:

Ronald McDonald house dinner service this Saturday at 4:00; Renewal of promises on February 12 at meeting; fourth degree exemplification in Parish, FL on March 9.

 

Insurance Agent Report:

April 2 at 8:00 there will be an online webinar featuring Ed Slott on retirement savings, potentially will be hosting event at Peter Brock’s house.

 

District Deputy Report:

Council is making its way to star council.

 

Unfinished Business:

Delegates for state convention, Scotty Kilwein & George Bertsch, Robert Knof & Bob Garrity, have been submitted; Ron Houghton has been added to deceased members plaque.

Pope Francis had interview with Argentinian correspondent, says there will never be female priests; Francesca Cabrini is coming out, encouraged all to see it.
