Grand Knight Report:

Guadalupe is a new member of the council and Ernest is an existing member of the Knights and transferred into council; thank you to those who helped putting on rubber chair feet, Sr Pat asked us to do it again, will do it this Sunday, July 7 at 8:30-10:15; dues at $30 are now due, see Hank; thank you to Kris for St Juliana Novena; COR men’s group will be canceled for July, next meeting will be August 20, encouraged all members to come out and join; received letter from Bishop for last year’s $250 donation to Catholic Appeal, motion passed to donate same amount this year

 

Bills and Communication:

$937.89 per state capita bill due July 31

 

Membership Report:

Two brothers took their degree, they will count to new fiscal year; George is working with one new potential member (Romeo); will connect with new pastor when they come to arrange a mass with all members in attendance

 

Financial Secretary Report:

$201 from May big breakfast; $200 from supreme for seminarian RSVP program

Treasurer’s Report:

None

 

Program Director:

Looking to do something after Saturday mass in the fall; looking to extend big breakfast a little now that there is no mass in Gleason hall; looking to do pre-school spaghetti dinner on Wednesday, September 18

 

Faith Director Report:

Will set up new novena; possibly new icons for mass; 5 Saturdays initiative will be faith event

 

Community Director:

Len has asked to step down, so the position is open

 

Life Director:

New director Mike wasn’t present

 

Family Director Report:

Spaghetti dinner for pre-school is being worked on

 

Fourth Degree Report:

Installation of officers will be taking place next week; Resurrection might be hosting November 4th degree exemplification on November 30, if it happens, we will need plenty of help

 

Insurance Agent Report:

Council was assigned new field agent, Alec Urrutia

 

District Deputy Report:

July 17 district meeting at 6:30 at resurrection (90 minutes); new Master of 4th degree will be taking office September 1; still looking for proper District Deputy

 

Unfinished Business:

Looking for new point person for Challenge 22 event

 

New Business:

September meeting was moved to 16th due to Labor Day
