Grand Knight Report:
New member William Seay; August 7 will be officer installation before monthly meeting; supreme convention is July 28 – August 4, need volunteers, especially for transportation from airport (floridakofc.org>supreme convention>volunteers); church will be seeking our help for altar server appreciation event in September; ministries meet and greet happening in September, brothers encouraged to attend (date TBA); new state pin of new emblem available on state website.
Bills and Communication:
Received request for donation for Habitat for Humanity and Knights of Columbus supporting Ukraine.
Membership Report:
Haven’t heard back from emails sent to potential members who are having troubles accessing online; new parish deacon, Alex, wants to be part of council.
Financial Secretary Report:
Received leadership and planning resources in mail

Program Director:
Big breakfast returns in September, on the 10th, bring ideas for donation recipient.
Faith Director Report:
Will look into a novena to participate in for coming months; will do a remembrance mass in November.
Community Director:
Len will be going to planning meeting for Challenge 22 Ruck Walk.

Family Director Report:
Brother Dan is our new director.
Fourth Degree Report:
December 20 is Sleuths get together; installation of officers and dinner on September 11; November 5 will be Slovak dinner; another box of Omaha steaks for Fr Sal for Christmas.
Insurance Agent Report:
None (Steve Pomellow no longer working with KofC), looking for new hires.
District Deputy Report:
Bob Vince had to move out of state, Rob Urrutia is covering until someone is put in place.

New Business:
Look into date for back to school spaghetti dinner; in August/September timeframe they will be sending out info looking for volunteers to become ushers and will make announcements and have sign-ups at Masses later this summer; motion was passed to gift $200 to Ben and Vince Jr as they head off to college.

Told the stories of Steamboat Sultana, and how it exploded and sank on Mississippi River on April 27, 1865 and of the General Slocum, which caught fire and sank on June 15, 1904, the two worst American maritime disasters. There is a time for everything.
